Discover how Iconic, the producer of Ipiranga and Texaco lubricants, empowered its sales team by using Techy IP's platforms.
A motivated sales team makes all the difference, always in a positive way. Iconic needed a platform to support its sales team by providing information about stores, routes, goals, and objectives. Additionally, the platform should include features for rewards and incentives for retail customers, assisting the sales teams in placing orders and, consequently, achieving their goals.
To address these needs, Techy IP developed a unique application for Iconic's Sales Representatives, available on both mobile devices and computers.
Through these channels, the sales staff had access to various features to facilitate their daily routines: store views, sales goals and performance, order execution, and more.
The application was built based on gamification concepts. A specific currency was created to reward customers: Lubcoin, allowing retailers to be rewarded for their purchases and use the earned coins to redeem products. This rewards initiative became a valuable aid for the sales teams and a differentiating factor in increasing the satisfaction of accredited retailers.
The solution developed for Iconic provides a global view of territories and retailers to the sales teams, enabling a complete understanding of sales goals and performance through graphical dashboards.
Furthermore, it allows for order placement with an immediate view of the bonus points earned by the retailer for each product purchased.
It also includes a shopping simulator to visualize earnings in bonuses, a point redemption system for Ipiranga and Texaco products, a section for the history of orders placed, and a statement to view all transactions made in the application.
