Discover the project that revolutionized the quality standards of P&G's execution procedures at its points of sale.
One of the main challenges faced by P&G was to establish uniform quality in execution operations at points of sale, as well as ensuring the engagement of the promoters responsible for these activities. This challenge was exacerbated by the fact that promoters were external employees, accredited and contracted by P&G.
For this reason, it was imperative to create tools to assist them in their daily tasks and improve communication between these professionals and P&G. The engagement and motivation of these execution teams were also crucial demands mentioned by our client.
In collaboration with P&G's Trade Marketing teams, Techy IP developed an exclusive platform to support the Store 10 Program. This initiative was realized through two communication channels: a mobile application and a desktop portal. With these digital tools, P&G established an exclusive interaction channel with its promoters, allowing for content distribution, training provision, and incentive campaign implementation.
Thanks to this project, the operational execution procedures of P&G products gained productivity, standardization, increased presence in points of sale, and achieved other positive results.
The Store 10 Project encompasses various features, including a content system for P&G products and news, NanoLearning and Gamification-based training, product display guidelines, execution campaigns with rewards, brand/region segmentation, management dashboards, a precise points engine for rewards, as well as a Prize Showcase for point redemption of products. All of this can be controlled through a comprehensive Administration Portal.
